Memorial & breastmilk jewellery& keepsake information

🖤Place your order on the website. If you require colour added to your memorial jewellery,  scroll along the photos on the  listing and there is a photo of all colours available , if the colour you want is not there just message us and we can get it. leave a note of your chosen colour at checkout.

🖤 Once you have placed your order I will be in contact to arrange getting the inclusions to me. 

🖤Once we have the inclusions we will get to work on your order. Turnaround can vary from 2/8weeks as some pieces are custom made therefore if we have none in stock we have to order them and they take longer to get to us , however most are completed within 2/4 weeks.We get them out as soon as we can  as we know how special these pieces are and want them back home as soon as possible.  Please note postage time is not included in the turnaround time.  Once you have placed your order you will receive a message from us and we keep you updated throughout the full process. 

 🖤Once your order is complete we will take some photos  and send them across to you. We will then post them with royal mail using the tracked 24 service so you get them the next day. 

🖤Due to these  being custom orders please note we do not offer refunds/remakes unless something goes wrong on our end. If you’re ordering a ring it is your responsibility to make sure you order the correct size as we can not be held responsible for the wrong size being ordered. 

🖤 Care instructions will be sent out with all orders to keep your Jewellery at its best quality. Please make sure to follow this. Please  note that jewellery with stones, sometimes the stones can come loose after a long period and if the jewellery is worn regularly , if this happens within the first 3 months of you receiving your ring we will replace it for you. 

 🖤We only need around a tablespoon of ashes to work with for memorial pieces. If your ring is for breastmilk then we need 5ml to work with.

All of our items are handmade  to order meaning every single piece is different. Orders are non-refundable unless we feel there has been a problem on our behalf. All sterling silver  will tarnish over time so please be sure to follow care instructions that come with your order to slow  this down from happening.  You can also buy silver polishing cloths to help keep your piece in great condition.
